I support visionary women leaders and change-makers from around the world break barriers, increase their impact, amplify their voices, deepen their vulnerability and awareness of self and others. As an Executive and Leadership Coach, I support women leaders find their true north and become aware of how they were conditioned to stay small, to care for others and not themselves, and as a result become disconnected from their deepest knowing. Our work together is often a process of identifying limiting belief systems, unlearning the often familial and cultural narratives that can sabotage our greatest potential and instead choose beliefs and narratives that are supportive and generative in our lives and leadership. Through this transformative work, clients are able to align their leadership style and goals with this deepened state of self-awareness and agency.

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development, and a Master’s in International and Multicultural Human Rights Education with an emphasis in Women’s Rights education, I align my work to promote greater equity and justice in our world. Through my experience in organizational leadership and culture development in the travel industry, Silicon Valley, and private leadership firms, I bring a dynamic perspective to my clients as they lead their teams through success, uncertainty, growth and change.

I offer a unique spectrum of support to high achieving women leaders and executives who find themselves at the threshold of pivotal and transformative professional and life transitions, often exhausted, overwhelmed and on autopilot. Our work together unlocks the capacity and awareness that allows for a mind set shift, which deepens our connection to our truest self, allows for greater leadership alignment, professional fulfillment and far reaching impact on the world.
